Reviews and Ratings
The hotel provides a mixed experience with clean and comfortable rooms featuring a water view, but showing signs of wear and musty odor. The staff offer pleasant service, yet future renovations are uncertain. The location is exceptional, nestled among cafes and shops with easy access to iconic landmarks. Dining options are satisfactory with an appealing view, but standard breakfast fare.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The room was clean, tidy, and much better than I expected, especially without adjoining walls. The service was top-notch, with the staff being fantastic at check-in and providing excellent advice. The location is a gem, right by the train station, offering easy access to the delights of Sydney. The dining experience was nice overall, though a bit pricey and oily at times. The facilities met my expectations and added to a pleasant stay.
I recently stayed at the Aqua V Room hotel and it was a mixed experience. The location is superb, right near Kirribilli and with easy access to Sydney's main attractions. The service was good overall, although there were some minor issues with communication. The dining options were decent, but not outstanding. However, the rooms, especially their top room, had a disappointing layout being at the end of the building.
I had a pleasant stay with lovely views overlooking Neutral Bay and the harbour to Rose Bay from my room. However, some service issues affected my experience with stories from duty managers and misinformation about breakfast payment. The location couldn't have been better, offering quick access to central Sydney and a vibrant neighborhood full of personality and amenities.
My stay at the hotel was incredibly pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable, modern, and spacious with a beautiful view of the harbour. The seafood platter and bottle of wine for dinner were a nice touch, and the breakfast was adequate even though a bit small. The check-out at 12 pm was convenient, but having only 3 pillows in a double room was a bit odd.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms on the 12th 'Executive' floor offered a fantastic view of the harbour, but the uncertainty about potential changes to the hotel's structure left me a bit concerned. The service was quick and efficient, and the location near the train station and various dining spots was convenient. However, the dining options were somewhat average, and some minor details in the room could have been improved.
